Mr Patrick and his wife have been my only jeweler for more than 20 years and will remain in that top slot for as long as possible. I collect watches and will generally bring a few in at a time for battery replacement.  Every time they come back in better condition than when dropped off. I trust them completely with my jewelry. He is always competitive with gold and gem pricing and is by far a top notch repairman for loose stones or locks. I have taken many pieces in for repairs and resizing, and I have some very old jewelry they have restored for me.  Beautiful work.  Fair prices for high quality work and they never try to upsell me or add on repairs that aren't necessary.  They have beautiful jewelry for sale, unique, not chain store stuff you can get at the mall, but actual artwork.

I went here, because it’s local and they’re very friendly had to be at least 15 years ago I used to buy my jewelry there all the time and whenever I need anything repaired I took it there they always did an excellent job and very reasonable. Very pleasant working behind the counter, however, when I first walked up and walked up and down the case twice, the man working on jewelry didn't even acknowledge me. I saw a ring I wanted to purchase and was willing to pay cash, but they only were willing to come down $24 after tax on a ring they had priced at$1675 which I thought was very high for the tiny size of the gems in the ring. They also told me the white gold was plated with rhodium to help keep the shine, and when I asked about yellow gold, they stated they could coat it with the yellow gold. Also stated I would need both relocated approximately once a year. Didn't strike me as high quality jewelry, even for a small shop. I understand it is difficult to compete with the big with the big chains, but to stay in business you need to try.

I have recently used Patrick Day jewellers for a ring resizing. They were patient with me, as my busy schedule and distance from them left my ring with them for FOUR months. When I finally picked it up, I was pleasantly surprised: NO extra charges, NO bad attitude, only friendly smiles, a fair price and quality work. You will not find any substandard quality in their store. The workmanship on repairs is second to none.
